Mobile Services

For various reasons, more and more people are choosing to have their hair styled in the privacy and convenience of their own homes and offices. Examples of the types of people choosing Mobile Services are:

• Mom's wanting the ease of not having to coordinate childcare.
• Self-employed people who do not want to be away from their home office.
• People living in areas without adequate service providers.
• Medical personnel or corporate employees working very tight schedules, wanting to schedule appointments for maintenance during the week and not on their off time.
• People needing styling for a special occasion.
• Brides and bride's maids wanting styling done on location as apposed to in the salon.
• People needing help with how to style their hair, with their own products and tools.
• People who would rather be in the comfort of their own home.
• People unable to travel to a salon due to medical reasons, physical limitations, etc.

Because of the increasing demand for Mobile Services, many stylists see the need, but few enjoy the commuting, or are licensed and insured to provide Mobile Services. At UnSprung, we have been filling this particular niche since 1997.

Our Mobile staff are fully licensed, insured, and experienced in how to provide an in-home service. We feel that being fully licensed and insured respects the industry we work in and the clients we serve.

In general, 30 minutes drive time and $35 is scheduled with every client. If a client lives further away, there will need to be one client for every half hour of drive time. For example, if a client lives 1 hour from downtown Portland, there will need to be 2 scheduled clients, each paying $35 , at the destination. If there are not enough clients at a destination, a client can choose to pay the outstanding balance themselves.
